Elizabeth and her two bridesmaids got ready at the barn accommodation that Hendall Manor Barns offers just to the rear of the venue. The bride's parents sadly couldn't make it over from Australia due to travel restrictions but they had them on a video call / livestream so they could still be a part of their daughters big day. They had their hair and makeup done downstairs by Emma Lily and Beckie's Bridal Hair and then headed upstairs to get changed into their dresses. The beautiful wooden beams made a lovely photo of the wedding dress. The dress was from Lily Jacobs Bridal in East Grinstead right next to the church they got married at. The bridesmaids had royal blue dresses and their bouquets had lots of Australian flowers in them as this is where the bride and bridesmaids are from. After they got ready, the Bride and her cousin who would be walking her down the aisle got into a 1934 Sunbeam wedding car which drove them to St. Swithun's Church.

They had a lovely church ceremony with guide dog Bella as their ring bearer which was amazing. Afterwards they exited the church through a tunnel of confetti and shortly after got back into their wedding car for some time alone. The guests went to a pub across the road to get a drink before getting in the special double decker bus which would take them all back to Hendall Manor Barns which is in Uckfield, East Sussex about a 30 minute drive from the church.

When everyone arrived at Hendall Manor Barns the drinks reception began. They had singers which is always a good idea for a wedding. After chatting with the guests we headed out for a walk around the grounds to take some couple photos. There's so many great places for photos at this venue, there's pillar arches, greenery, a wooden swing, a large pond, and a cool barn where the cars park. I love this alone time with the couple as I get to see how they really are together. My style is relaxed, I always get the couple walking together to get them comfortable in front of the camera before trying other poses. After couple shots where finished we done group shots and headed in for speeches and dinner. They had speeches in-between each course, the first one was from the bride's Mum and Dad over video which played on a big TV screen, they were dressed up and it really felt like they were a big part of the day. Everyone had a delicious dinner and then it was time for the evening reception.

They started by cutting the cake which the guests ate for their dessert with macaroons. After the staff at Hendall had moved the dining tables and changed the room around ready for the evening we were ready for the first dance. The singers from Velvet Entertainment played the first dance song and Elizabeth and Matt danced away. Their friends and family joined the dance floor soon after and partied hard. What an amazing night!
