I arrived at Rowhill Grange Spa a few hours before the ceremony to get some getting ready photos of the bride and her bridesmaids. They had a large room above the wedding reception area which is detached from the spa and felt very private. They was very lucky with the weather for an April wedding, it was sunny all day which allowed them to have a beautiful outdoor ceremony. They also had their drinks reception outdoors on the grass area which had a tent cover for some shade. We had a wander around the grounds to take some couple photos, there's lots of great spots at this venue.
During the drink reception they had a children's entertainer which kept them all mesmerised. They had a lot of children at the wedding so hiring the entertainer was a brilliant idea as he kept them occupied with dancing, balloon animals, competitions and a snow foam machine. This allowed the adults time to have a chat and a few drinks before they headed inside for the wedding breakfast. They had a delicious three course meal served by the catering team at Rowhill Grange. I had soup, roast dinner and brownie with sorbet, special shout out to couples who give their photographer a three course meal!
After the meal they came back outside again so the staff could turn around the room for the evening reception. Evening guests started to arrive and when the dance floor was laid everyone headed back inside for the cake cut and first dance. Zoe also had a second dance with her Dad, then everyone joined the dance floor and partied the night away. It was amazing to see so many people on the dance floor. Overall this was a great wedding and one I will remember.
